You could try something such as writing, drawing, or singing, but whatever it is, it's gotta be something you enjoy. Let out your feelings with your tears or with your new hobbie, but try not to keep it all in...it will hurt more that way.

it's true in terms of the hurt in my heart
and also i dint let it out after all these years
cuz it's not easy
but the hurt will be permanent forever
cuz it happened when im a child
i believe it will be haunting me in my future life
and it's also haunting me now as well

permanent cut in my heart
cant be heal anymore~
